Product Disclaimer
Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity, which may result in personal injury and/or death. Our motorcycle clothing is not designed to offer superior protection in the case of a crash there is not any regulatory organization that certifies any motorcycle clothing as safety clothes for rider protection. No product can ensure complete protection from injury, physical damage, or death to a rider in the event of a fall, impact, loss of vehicle control or otherwise. We at Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC do not accept any responsibility for injuries incurred while wearing any of the products on our website whether owned by Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association or vendors or affiliates and we make no guarantee expressed or implied, regarding the level or extent to which our products protect individuals or property from injury, damage, or death. All helmets that are not approved by DOT are purley novelty and not safe for riding. DOMA infers no obligation to purchasers of these products that they conform to safety standards those standards should be directly addressed to the manufacturer of the product. DOMA cannot be held liable in the event a customer purchases an Item without confirming with the manufacturer that it is a regulated Department of Transportation Safety Product.
Repairs & Alterations
Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC is not responsible for any repairs or alterations to articles of clothing except for manufacturing defects of its own brand and vendor or affiliate product that have defects the customer will be referred to those companies.
Terms & Conditions
All shipping charges for goods of any kind are the responsibility of the customer. Except in the exceptional circumstances, as outlined in your membership agreement, and during certain times when the company states that shipping is free. All sale items are final.
All orders shipped to the United States Lower 48 will be charged tax as designated by your state, county. shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii may need to be calculated separately. All taxes applied for shipment to A United States Territory or FPO Locations please contact the office for specific details with this regard. Orders shipped to NAFTA countries will be as designated by said agreement between the two countries for processing of tax. In the event tax is not applied properly on our website Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC reserves the right to recalculate the sales tax correctly. If a product is temporarily out of stock please allow four to six weeks for receipt of your order.
Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a verified Billing Address unless you contact us and make alternate arrangements. We can only ship credit card Orders after all information is verified and matched. Checks will not be accepted unless processed electronically. Products will only be shipped once payment has been received in full and the money has cleared all steps in the verification process. For international orders if the ordered item is not in stock, item will be shipped as soon as we receive the new order from our manufacturer. We will notify the customer of any back order longer than 10 business days.
Exchanges In-store & Ordered
We are happy to exchange your purchased items if you have ordered an incorrect size. Please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or protective coverings from your merchandise until you have determined that it is the right size. All exchanges must receive approval within 10 days (about 1 and a half weeks) from receipt of goods.
Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging as it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC. Please include the damaged packaging as well for insurance purposes if the damage is shown to be a result of shipping or delivery error. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly.
Returns
We do not offer monetary refunds for any custom-made order. Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC takes every step to ensure all custom orders are delivered exactly as described, and according to the customers’ specifications. Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC retains the right at its sole discretion to either have a custom item professionally altered or to reorder the item from our manufacturer with the necessary changes. All measurements received by a customer are the customers responsibility, to avoid incorrect measurements if you are not sure how to accomplish measuring, plese contact us and we will have someone contact you and help you measure yourself or take our online form and take it to your local tailor and asked to be measured professionally. You still may receive a phone call if we have any questions regarding measurements you have provided. Make sure you are completely familiar with how to measure all necessary areas before sending your measurements. All measurement details can be found on our “Custom Apparel” page to assist you with measuring yourself. If you have questions at any time, please contact us and we will happily guide you through this process. Defiant Ones Motorcycling Association, LLC will not be held responsible in any way, without exception, for goods made to wrong measurements provided by the customer.
All exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the item was purchased if the product is not to your satisfaction.
Claims for damaged merchandise should be claimed by filing with the shipping company first before returning the product to Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for your carrier’s inspection. Even though Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC cannot initiate any claims with the carrier on your behalf we do want to see all packaging material if you intend to return the product to us.
All special orders and custom orders and orders of non-stock items must be paid for in full at the time of order. Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC makes every effort to ensure special orders and custom orders are processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible, however we will in no way be held responsible for delays on ordered garments beyond our control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on custom order items will be made without exception. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless other arrangements have been made.
Warranty
Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC through its manufacturer’s warranties all its products against all manufacturer defects for a period outlined by those manufacturers of said products. Custom Products are warrantied for 6 months from the date of purchase. No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling or normal wear and tear, This is determined by decision of Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC manufacturers only. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all invoices for their records and warranty claims.
Order Cancellation or Changes
In the unfortunate event that you cancel your online order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item that is special ordered or custom from our manufacturer no implied refund is available except as outlined for special order and custom order products.Once your item has been processed it cannot be cancelled. Any item not in stock or on back order may take time to get. This wait time is dependent on our manufacturer. Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC makes every effort to ensure the timeliest delivery of all ordered garments, however on occasion increased wait times do occur
Custom Goods
Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC appreciates your business, and we are confident that the goods you have purchased will meet your highest expectations.
The following is Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC policy regarding all custom pieces:
Any custom-made order provided by Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association; LLC is nonrefundable without exception. Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC takes all steps to ensure that each custom order is delivered to the customer according to their specifications. In the event that something is not as the customer ordered when the product arrives, Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to either have the item professionally amended, or to reorder the item from our manufacturer with the necessary changes.
Any claims against goods provided by Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC must be received within seven business days from the date the item was received and inspected by the customer.
All custom-made pieces, special orders or items which are not in stock must be paid for in full by the customer at the time of ordering. There are no cancellations, changes, or refunds once the order has been placed as we endeavor to submit the order immediately after receiving it.
Defiant Ones Motorcycle Association, LLC strives to ensure all orders are processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible. This is usually within a four-to-five-week period, however we will in no way be held responsible for delays of any kind beyond our control or otherwise.
No cancellations, refunds or exchanges will be given on any delayed orders, as money has been paid for these pieces. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless other arrangements have been made.
