Can you do custom embroidered work on leather jackets, caps, vests, shirts, saddlebags and other kinds of accessories?
Yes. We only embroider our brand custom logo, designs or pictures on leather, we can also do this on any textile, nylon or cotton garments as well.
Can you create accessories, promotional wear and high fashion corporate items for businesses?
Not for specific corporate designs but we are able to provide our brand items to the corporate community
Can I choose everything about the gear I want including, the color, the features, the size, and anything else?
Yes, and that is the beauty of our business. You can get as creative as you want and the fully-equipped factory we deal with has the capability to make it for you. Some pieces will require more information from you than other simpler pieces, but that is normal.
What are my color choices?
The sky is pretty much the limit as far as colors go. Every color of textile and leather is available for you to choose from. Fluorescent yellow leather may be hard to come by, but everything else is not a problem. If you are not sure, just ask us for our wide range of color choices.
Is there a limit to what sizes you can make for your customers?
No! If someone needs a 10 XL it can be made. Petite sizes, plus sizes, tall or short sizes, irregular sizes, children’s sizes or any other size pose no problem for us to make. We are professionals and give the customer what they need.
How do I know that my custom piece is being made correctly during the construction process?
Unlike almost all other companies, we have taken the extra step of hiring a product supervisor where your goods are being made. Your custom piece will be regularly checked on to make sure all details of your custom requirements are going as requested. If there is a problem at any time, the work will be halted and the issue taken care of before work resumes.
How do I know what quality of leather I will receive?
We have every kind of leather available to us to produce your goods. Everything from top grain cowhide, Buffalo or Kangaroo leather, to split leather and the different grades in between. This may sound confusing if you do not know anything about leather but we are here to help you. Within five minutes of talking with you, the differences in the leathers can be explained and understood. Few other companies will go this deep into the process to make sure you are getting exactly what you are paying for. We guarantee you that whatever type of leather you choose, it will be quality, and able to do the job it was meant to do.
How can you make a proper-fitting custom-made piece to order?
We know exactly what measurements and details our manufacturers need to make the right piece every time. How did we get this information? We asked endless questions of our manufacturer until we understood very clearly every requirement and detail that the factory needed
Do you provide any sort of guarantee for your work?
Our goal is to give you the item you ordered with your full satisfaction. If , on the rare occasion a customer feels that something is not quite as they wanted, we have professional seamstresses on staff who will make the necessary changes as requested. As long as we, at our sole discretion feels the concern is justified, we will take every measure to make sure your product is amended so that it is as you requested it to be.
